Buying

The sizes are slim fit, for a looser fit go a size up.

Use the online Chat to speak to an assistant or contact us via email.

Unfortunatly at this time we do not offer gift vouchers.

Discounts can be applied during checkout.

Shortly after completing your order you will recieve a confirmation via email.

Payments

You can make payments via pay pal or credit/debit card.

Contact your bank if payments are not being accepted. You can also try using other another account to make your payment.

You will receive a confirmation email along with your order summary.

Order problems

Unfortunatly once the order is completed the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address.

Unfortunatly orders cannot be canceled. Please take the time to select the correct products and variations for you, if you need help this help we have an online adviser and also email you can contact.

You can change your delivery address as long as the order has not yet gone through our shipping process. To change your delivery address please email your order number and new shipping address to our email.

Returns

If there is a problem with the manufacturing of the product this must be documented by image and sent to our email with the order number. After this a replacement product will be sent out.

Unfortunatly when a wrong size has been ordered a new one will not be exchanged, a new order must be created by the customer and the first original order wont be refunded. Please take your time and check out the size guide for help with choosing your product.
